Mason Financial Holdings Limited (“MFHL”) embraces the idea to contribute to the society, holds frequent company-wide fundraising campaigns and therefore it endeavors to undertake corporate social responsibilities in various aspects. MFHL is dedicated to enhancing its corporate social responsibility system and ensuring corporate sustainability by devoting in four major aspects, namely its customers, employees, shareholders and investors as well as the community, in order to more proactively live up to our responsibility to give back to the society.
19 November 2016 - The Community Chest Flag Day
The Community Chest has firmly adhered to its motto to allocate all funds raised to support local social welfare services without any deductions. All donations raised from Flag Day 2016 will be allocated to the Chest’s 158 member social welfare agencies for providing Children & Youth Services, Elderly Services, Family & Child Welfare Services, Medical & Health Services, Rehabilitation & Aftercare Services and Community Development & Other Services to enhance services for over 2.1 million beneficiaries in Hong Kong.
20 staff members from MFHL participated in the Flag Day this year.
6 October 2016 – Dress Casual Day
The idea to dress casually on a working day to raise funds for charity originated from the United States. The Community Chest first introduced this idea to Hong Kong in 1993. Dress Casual Day is a popular fund-raising event. The number of participants increases every year. MFHL encourages staff to participate in Dress Causal Day. With enthusiastic responses from the staff, MFHL shows its care for the needy in the community.
